State Soccer is No. 7 in the Nation

Previously ranked at No.9, Mississippi State’s women’s soccer team has done it again and climbed up in the national rankings. Now, the team has been ranked  No. 7 in this week’s United Soccer Coaches Poll, as well as an impressive No. 6 in the TopDrawerSoccer Poll, and No. 5 in this week’s NCAA RPI Rankings.

The proof is in the pudding, as the Bulldogs stay undefeated in conference play and hold an overall record of 9-1. They are undefeated in all home games, and just recently beat LSU at home, 2-0.

The big question is: How will this rising team fair against their next opponent, No. 1 Arkansas? The two highly watched and ranked teams face off tonight in Starkvegas for a game you do not want to miss. The highly anticipated showdown will be gritty and tough. We hope to see the Bulldogs come out on top. To follow the results of the game tonight and/or the results of games to come, click here:
